Skye Champagne is a Portland State University Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts with honors.  Skye is a professional Actor, Director, and Stage manager. She also has experience in light, costume, and set design. Skye has stage managed for numerous productions around the Portland area and some of her favorite productions were Medea, The Rope, and James and the Giant Peach. Skye enjoys stage management due to its constant challenge and herself profess “control Freak” nature when it comes to the technical aspects of theater. Skye is so devoted to her duties as a SM, she has even been known to step in and perform as an actor when needed; while stage managing. She continuously directs, acts, stage manages, and teaches all ages and experience levels at numerous institutions. Skye’s goal as a stage manager is to give the director their complete vision for the show and to have the cast and crew know that she will lead them to a professional and successful outcome.
