Jeremy Griffin

 
 

Bass-baritone Jeremy Griffin will be graduating this June with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at Portland StateUniversity.  Past roles in PSU productions include Colline in La Boheme (Spring 2008) Don Alfonso in Cosi Fan Tutte (Spring 2007), Proteus in Shakespear’s Two Gentlemen of Verona (Fall 2006), and Pinellino in Gianni Schicci (Spring 2005).  Other performances include Thomas Bouche in Kurt Weill’s Down in the Valley, performed in Berlin, Aeneas in Dido and Aeneas, Frank in Die Fledermaus and Sammy in Willy Russel’s Blood Brothers. This fall he will be traveling to Vancouver, Canada to attend the University of British Columbia for a Master of Music in Performance.  He is the bass section leader and soloist at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and studies with Christine Meadows.
